Thanks for getting in touch!
Regarding the ‘FC’ message on your Controller’s display, simply hold the FILTER button on your wired controller for 20 second until you hear a beep, to clear it.
No need to worry this isn’t an error code! It’s just a friendly reminder to check and change your filter if you haven’t done so recently.
If the message remains, please try resetting the plug on your Spa by pressing the RESET button, then TEST/ON, and finally the RESET button again.
If the message still doesn’t clear, could you please send me the following photos? It might be that the Controller needs replacing, but we’ll take a closer look to be sure.
1) The FC code displayed on your Controller.
2) The inside of the Spa, where the filter sits.
3) How your Spa is powered (i.e., the socket it’s plugged into).

am writing to follow up regarding the ongoing issue with my Lay-Z-Spa.I have tried everything you have suggested to resolve the error code, but unfortunately, nothing has worked. As shown in the video I previously sent, the temperature numbers fluctuate up and down before the error code appears, at which point the hot tub stops working entirely.I have already owned a Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii for years and know how to look after them properly. The filters are clean as I change them regularly. I suspect there is a fundamental problem with the controller unit itself. I have even tried disconnecting and reconnecting it, but the issue persists.Could you please advise on the next steps for a replacement or repair, as the troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem?
Thank you for your assistance.
