If you’ve received only part of your order, don’t worry this can occasionally happen and is usually nothing to be concerned about.
Sometimes, our delivery partners need to split deliveries into multiple runs if their van reaches capacity. When this happens, your order may arrive in separate batches rather than all at once.
In most cases, the remaining items will follow shortly after typically on the next delivery run, which is often the next day.
What should you do?
- Keep an eye out for the rest of your delivery over the next 24 hours.
- If your remaining items haven’t arrived within 24 hours of receiving the first part of your order, please get in touch with us.
We’ll be happy to follow up with our delivery partner on your behalf and make sure everything reaches you as soon as possible.
