Otherwise, follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Instructions (Installing the heater)
- Position the heater unit
- Carefully place the heater unit back inside the spa liner
- Ensure it sits correctly in its original position without twisting any pipes or cables
- Reconnect the air bubble (blower) connector
- Locate the air connector underneath the heater
- Depending on your model:
- Screw the hand-tight cap back on OR
- Reattach the blower pipe and secure it with the jubilee clamp
- Reconnect the dual inlet pipe (if applicable)
- For spas with 2 filters:
- Reattach the dual inlet pipe to the heater
- Tighten the jubilee clip securely with a screwdriver
- For spas with 2 filters:
- Re-thread and reconnect the wired controller
- Feed the controller cable back through the access hole in the liner
- Reconnect and screw the controller securely into place
- Reinstall the filter inlet and outlet fittings
- Insert the inlet and outlet fittings back into the spa wall
- Use the wrench to tighten them securely (do not overtighten)
- Reinsert the filter(s)
- Place the filter(s) back into the housing
- Ensure they are seated correctly
- (Some models will have 2 filters)
- Inflate the spa (if previously deflated)
- Fully inflate the spa to the recommended pressure before use
- Refill the spa with water
- Fill to the correct water level as indicated in your manual
- Restore power and test
- Turn the spa back on at the mains
- Run the system and check for:
- Leaks
- Proper water flow
- Normal operation

- Always ensure all connections are secure but not overtightened
- Check seals and O-rings for damage before reinstalling
- Never run the heater without water in the spa
