What you might notice
Water isn’t heating if its new, had a recent repair or it has not been used in a little while and has come out of storage
Temperature rises very slowly
Heater turns off unexpectedly
We are really sorry to hear your spa isn’t heating as expected, we recommend trying a quick reset that often gets things running again.
Please follow these steps:
Could you please try leaving everything running, then remove the filters and carefully pour a kettle or pan of boiling water onto the surface of the water nearest the heater? This helps kick-start the heating system for the first time.
After doing this, you should see the temperature begin to rise by a few degrees each hour.
Check to see if the temperature has started to rise. This process usually restarts the heating system.
Good to know
Heating is gradual — this is normal maybe even 1-2'c an hour
Dirty filters are the number one cause of heating issues
If the temperature still doesn’t increase, please let us know we’ll be happy to help you further.
Thank you, and we’re here if you need anything!
